Used by 75% of automotive and motorcycle OEMs. Resistant to oil, water, petrol, and chemicals; this synthetic rubber, semi-drying, visco-elastic sealer is most suitable for 2-stroke engines, where resistance to petrol is so important for a great crankcase seal. Also has excellent gap-filling capabilities. This sealant has been used by RCR for over 30 years and comes HIGHLY recommended.

Racing Four-Stroke Single Battery System
Based on well-tried and tested ignition components, we can now offer a low entry ignition kit powered by a 12 volt battery. For a very economical price, you get all the parts necessary to put together a reliable, high-performance ignition.
Over the last 10 years, these ignitions have proven themselves on Classic Racing BSA Goldstars. Easy starting is assured, and the built-in advance curve gives a consistent performance.

The kit consists of Pick-Up coil, CDI Box, and HT Coil.

This Ignition System is triggered directly off the crank, rather than off the camshaft. This results in much more accurate ignition timing, as it eliminates any errors caused by wear in timing gears, etc. Easy starting is assured, and the built-in advance curve gives a consistent performance.

Bantam 175cc Alloy Cylinder Kit
We specially developed this kit after numerous requests from Bantam Trials riders for a solution to the problems of overheating and pre-ignition. An added benefit to you is the enhanced powerband, which is a product of the improved transfer porting in the cylinder.

Bantam Trials riders often fit a smaller-than-standard engine sprocket. This puts more torque through the clutch, so clutch slip is often experienced. Our uprated springs will overcome this problem.

Crank Shaft Bearing Conversion
Replaces original, hard-to-get Main Bearings
Please note: This is the Drive Side Bearing only,
with Circlip Groove and Location Peg.
Peg Only Bearings (no groove) are also available at only £13.80 each
These bearings, grooved and non-grooved, require a sleeve to be fitted to the crank shaft, to match up to the internal diameter of the new bearing.
