Classic Manx Grand Prix, 2006 |
|
In 2006, Roy Richardson took first place riding his Honda in the Junior Classic Manx Grand Prix. Tony Cawte came in second on his Honda,
and John Goodall finished an excellent third on his British AJS 7R. |

International Classic Grand Prix |
|
Organised by well-known ex-Grand Prix rider, Eric Saul, this is the prestigious season-long championship for 250cc and 350cc Grand Prix racers of the 70's and 80's.
In the 2004 series, the 350cc class champion was Graham Read. Graham is the son of 8-Time World Champion, Phil Read, and rode his TZ350 Yamaha twin with consistent skill and ability. Graham Read achieved victory using our proven ignition kit, which is available for 250cc and 250cc models made prior to 1980. |

Classic Motorcycle Racing Club Season-Long Championship |
|
2004 was the victory year for the Team Spencer Suzuki, in the 200 cc class.
The team is run by Will Spencer, affectionately known as “Spen”, and the bike is a 200 cc air-cooled Suzuki twin from the 1960's. At the end of a nail-biting championship year, rider Terry Brocklehurst clinched his victory and was delighted with the performance of his machine which is ignited by our Suzuki 200/250/500 kit. This engine was tuned by well-known racer, Lea Gourlay, himself a Classic Champion many times over.
Also using our products are 2004 winners Robin Keating on his rapid Bridgestone Twin, and Matthew Knight on his air-cooled Twin Yamaha. |
